The anet.360 Admin Portal is accessed through a modern web browser.
The anet.360 Smartphone App is a web-based mobile application that runs in-browser.
The anet.vision App is downloadable from the Apple App Store.
The anet.vision Desktop App is available via direct download from our website and is compatible with both MacOS and Windows operating systems.
1.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4.1 All content, software, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property rights in and related to the platform remain the exclusive property of FrancisKodak Design Lab Ltd or its licensors.
4.2 You are not allowed to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent.
5.1 While we aim to provide uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee the platform will always be available or error-free.
5.2 We may update or modify components of the platform (including mobile and desktop apps) at any time to improve functionality, security, or compliance.
5.3 Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance wherever possible.
6.1 We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to any part of the platform if:
You breach these Terms
Your organisation's licensing agreement ends
Your continued access poses legal, operational, or security risks
7.1 The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will meet your requirements or operate without error.
7.2 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
7.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by negligence.
8.1 We may revise these Terms periodically.
8.2 Material updates will be communicated to users via email, in-app notice, or platform alerts.
8.3 Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
